What I actually believe
Most operators don't have a tool problem. They have an architecture problem. They're paying $5K a month for software that was never going to solve the thing they hired it for, and adding another SaaS to the stack just moves the leak.
I build systems that compound instead of subscriptions that drain. The goal is for you to own the infrastructure, understand how it works, and keep the keys after I leave. No agency treadmill, no vendor lock-in, no black-box "AI strategy" that falls apart the moment a real operator asks a follow-up question.
If you're making $1-20M and a big chunk of your margin is being eaten by manual work your team quietly hates doing, that's the shape of problem I can actually fix. The rest is matching the right architecture to the right sequence.
