Who you are dealing with

This site is run by Moore IQ, a one person AI automation practice operated by Damian Moore out of Colorado Springs, Colorado. If you want anything on this page explained, corrected, or acted on, email damian@mooreiq.ai and you will get a person, not a ticket queue.

This site records browsing sessions

Putting this first because it is the part most sites bury. mooreiq.ai runs PostHog session replay. That means your visit can be replayed as a video style recording of how you moved through the pages: clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, which sections you stopped on, and how long you stayed.

Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so passwords and the contents of input boxes are not captured in the replay. I use the recordings to work out which parts of the site are confusing, and nothing else. I do not sell them and I do not share them.

If you would rather not be recorded, the opt out further down this page turns it off along with the rest of the analytics.

What gets collected

Automatically, when you browse. Pages you visit, referring links, approximate location from your IP address, device and browser type, and the interaction data described above. This runs through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and PostHog.

When you deliberately send it.

• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Contact form: your name, email address, and message.
• AI Operations X-Ray: your name, email address, the website domain you enter, and your answers to the intake questions. Results pages are excluded from search engines.
• Listing generator: the listing details you enter and your contact details.

Files you upload to the resume anonymizer. The PDF is read in memory, stripped of identifying details, and returned to you. The file and its contents are never written to a database or to disk on my side. The only thing recorded is a counter noting that the tool ran once, with no reference to you or the document. Your IP address is used to enforce the daily usage limit.

Cookies and similar technology

This site stores cookies and uses browser local storage to keep analytics identifiers, so repeat visits can be recognised as the same session rather than as new people every time. Google Analytics sets its own cookies for the same purpose. You can block or delete all of these in your browser settings, and the site will still work.

Google Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics, which collects data about your visit through cookies and similar identifiers, and processes it on Google servers to produce traffic and behaviour reports. Google may also use that data in line with its own terms.

Who else touches the data

I keep the vendor list short on purpose. These are the only services that see anything:

• Vercel hosts the site and handles server logs.
• Supabase stores contact submissions, X-Ray submissions and results, and listing generator entries.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager handle traffic measurement.
• PostHog handles product analytics and session replay.
• OpenRouter and Anthropic process text for the AI powered tools, including the resume anonymizer and the X-Ray.
• n8n, self hosted on my own server, routes newsletter and contact submissions so I actually see them.

I do not sell your data. I do not run advertising networks on this site. Nobody is buying a list from me.

How long it is kept

Analytics and session recordings age out on the providers' standard retention schedules. Contact messages, X-Ray submissions, and newsletter subscriptions are kept while there is a live reason to keep them, which usually means an open or possible working relationship. Ask me to delete any of it and I will.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any newsletter email using the link at the bottom of it.
• Turn off analytics and session recording for this site by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, using the Google opt out add on above, or blocking cookies for mooreiq.ai.
• Email damian@mooreiq.ai and ask for a copy of what I hold on you, a correction, or full deletion. No form required, no account needed.

Depending on where you live you may have a legal right to some of these. I offer them to everyone regardless, because arguing about which state you are in is a waste of both our time.

Children

This is a business to business site. It is not aimed at children and I do not knowingly collect anything from anyone under 16.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no mailing list for policy updates.
