ShipStation
sends new orders to your own endpoint and alerts you when the sync fails
Built against the ShipStation API and run through a clean import before this page existed. 7 steps. Free to download and change however you like.
Built and verified August 27, 2026
No email, no signup, no tracking on this link.
What it does
- Every 15 minutes, it calls the orders endpoint with your API credential.
- If the call fails, it retries three times, five seconds apart.
- If it still fails, or comes back with nothing, a notice goes to your alert webhook instead of the run dying quietly.
- Otherwise, each record is sent on to your own endpoint, one at a time, keyed on
orderId.
The details that matter

Setup
Import the file into your automation tool, then set three environment variables. Nothing else.
- 01Set API_TOKEN to your ShipStation API credential. It is sent as the Authorization header.
- 02Set DESTINATION_WEBHOOK_URL to wherever the records should land.
- 03Set ALERT_WEBHOOK_URL to where a failure notice should go.
There is no code step anywhere in it, so you can read every part of what it does before you run it.
If it breaks
Reply to the email or use the contact page. If their API changed and the file needs a fix, I would rather know.
