GoHighLevel developer for the work past the funnel builder

You already have GoHighLevel. The funnels work, the calendar books, and the pipeline has stages. The trouble is everything underneath. Leads come in and never get a task. A workflow fires twice and texts the same person two times. The old CRM still holds half the history. Your other system and GoHighLevel disagree about who the customer is.

That is not a funnel problem, so a funnel builder cannot fix it. It needs someone who works with the API, custom fields, webhooks and the data itself. That is the work I do. I do not ask you to start over, and I do not move you off GoHighLevel. I build on the account you already run.

• API and webhook integrations. GoHighLevel connected to another CRM, your own app, or a data source, including two-way sync with a written rule for which system wins when both change the same record.
• Migrations into GoHighLevel. Field mapping, history loaded, and a check that compares old and new so nothing is dropped. Then a job that keeps fields clean after go-live.
• Workflow audits and fixes. Broken triggers, duplicate automations, contacts that never get a task, and replies that nobody answers. You get the list first, then the fixes.
• Phone system and missed calls. Call routing, ring groups, voicemail and missed call text back, set up so a missed call turns into a conversation instead of a lost lead.
• AI voice agents and Conversation AI. Built on your real scripts and questions, with a hand-off to a person when the call needs one.
• Snapshots for agencies. A build tested once, then packaged so the next client account gets it in minutes, not a rebuild.
• Dashboards and SOP pages inside the GoHighLevel menu. Your team opens the numbers and the how-to from the same place they already work.

• A New York solar installer, moved off Sunbase. I set up the GoHighLevel account as the system the sales team runs on, loaded the history, and added an hourly job that keeps key fields filled in. • A company that sells white-label real estate websites. I built the listing templates (IDX Broker, MHVillage and native listings) and packaged them as GoHighLevel snapshots, so each new client gets a working site and CRM without a rebuild.

It starts with the AI Operations X-Ray, which maps where leads and data leak in your setup. From that I write a fixed scope with milestones. I build and test in a sub-account or with test contacts first, your team runs real examples through it, and only then does it touch live leads. Most builds ship in four to six weeks.

Everything. The workflows, custom fields, snapshots and dashboards live in your account. API credentials are issued to your account, not mine. Any code sits in your repository with a README. When the build is handed over you can remove my user and nothing stops working.

If you need new funnel pages, someone to run your ads, or a virtual assistant to work leads every day, hire for that instead. That work is real, but it is not mine. I am the right call when the setup underneath is broken, when data has to move between systems, or when you want a build that works the same way in every account.
